Its not the exact game that was on Windows 7 but it works. The solution I have found so far is go to the store in Windows 10 and type Solitaire. In 2007, with the release of Windows Vista, Microsoft did away with the classic Klondike solitaire game that had been an indispensable part of Windows since 1993.
